What To Expect During Your First Appointment

For your first appointment, please bring a photo ID (if available). A support person is welcome for ultrasounds, but not required.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW:

  • All services are free, and we won't notify your insurance of your care.

  • All services are supervised by a Registered Nurse (RN), RN Midwife, or care advocate, ensuring you receive professional and compassionate care.

  • We provide a safe, non-judgmental environment for you to process your pregnancy options, answer your questions, and provide further resources.

  • Expect your first appointment to take 45-minutes to an hour, depending on the service.
